Senior Consultant

Could you play a vital leadership role in The Clearing? Senior Consultants are expected to do more than inspire our creative team through killer positioning and strategy – although that’s an important start. We’re looking for people who can inspire clients to fall in love with them, develop their colleagues’ strategic appreciation and build our reputation through intelligent, beautiful and bold thinking.

The role

If you think you’ve got what it takes, we’d love to hear from you. We need a senior consultant who can:

  • Develop simple-but-brilliant positioning, portfolio strategy and brand architecture
  • Establish and grow large, profitable relationships across B2B, B2C and not-for-profit clients
  • Organise and inspire the people around them to deliver great work
  • Contribute to the intellectual and emotional development of the consultancy team
  • Ensure the consultancy team is contributing to the development of the client and creative teams
  • Develop the offer by introducing new concepts, insight approaches, analytical techniques and ways of working
  • Build our reputation through intelligent, beautiful and bold thinking
