Account Executive

At The Clearing, we create brands for global icons, disruptive startups and everything in between, helping them make the creative leaps required to own their unique space in the market and live strong in the minds of the people who matter. We call this Clear Defendable Territory.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to manage the day-to-day elements of projects inside and outside of The Clearing with hands-on support from the Senior Client Management team, reassuring clients, helping them to fall in love with the business & keep coming back for more.

The role

• Supporting the Client Management team both in front of clients & behind the scenes
• Helping to manage and streamline internal teams and processes
• Day to day management with the Client Services Director (CSD), Account Director (AD) and Account Manager (AM)
• Weekly catch ups with the Client Management team
• Liaising with clients on the phone & email and attending meetings with the CSD/AD/AM
• Writing meeting notes and following up on actions
• Developing time plans and calendar management
• Developing internal project time plans/resource plans
• Managing weekly fee/time reconciliation for retainers
• Supporting on reconciling client expenses
• Managing travel itineraries with the Senior Operations Manager
• Managing the resourcing schedule and share with Client Management and wider teams
• Setup for meetings, welcome clients
• Build understanding of our financial management software (Synergist), allowing you to generate invoices & purchase orders, for clients and agency partners respectively, in line with schedules

Your Experience
