Are you a storyteller with an inquisitive mind and an insatiable curiosity?
We’re on the look-out for a junior writer to join our team and have some fun putting words and pictures together.

The role

From naming a brand to defining its tone of voice, as a writer at The Clearing you’ll be the wordsmith for global icons, disruptive start-ups and everything in between. With equal weighting on design and words, we help brands forge deeper, more meaningful connections with the people who matter.

We’re a fast-paced agency with a wide variety of projects. You’ll be penning a poetic manifesto one day, and a killer campaign line the next, juggling multiple briefs at once while working closely with writers, designers and creative directors alike.

Your Experience

We’re looking for someone at the start of their career, someone ready to learn, someone who knows the importance of each and every word.

Ideally, you’ll have some experience writing in different tones. But if it’s something you’re new to, send us what you’ve written and tell us why you’re the right fit. If you’re the person for us, we can teach you the rest.
