At The Clearing, we create brands for global icons, disruptive start-ups and everything in between, helping them to make creative leaps and forge deeper, more meaningful connections with the people who matter. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s up for making us famous. Someone who’s overflowing with energy and ideas, and has the determination needed to help us grow our reputation in the industry.

The role

We need someone to take over the reins and push our reputation to the next level. You’ll create, own and deliver an annual marketing plan for the business, working closely with the founders and our business development agency partner. You’ll love the challenge of working across a wide variety of projects: from managing the website, social media channels and the new business process, to coming up with killer content ideas, writing award entries and tracking our success as it goes.

Your Experience

You’re a B2B marketer with a flair for the creative. With 2-4 years’ experience under your belt at a similar agency, you’re savvy, smart and armed with an unwaveringly proactive spirit. Optimising marketing channels is your thing and you’re ready for the next challenge. We’re a growing business, so we’re looking for someone to embrace the fast-paced agency life, get involved and most of all, have fun while they do it.

Ideally, you’ll have some experience creating and implementing a successful marketing strategy, but if you’ve only been at it for a couple of years, send us what you’ve done and tell us why you’re the right fit. If you’re the right person to us, we can show you the ropes. For junior / middleweight candidates this would be a full-time position, and for senior level it would be a part-time position of 2-3 days per week. We’re open to either.
