Business travel is growing at 6% a year, and spend on it in 2020 is likely to reach $1.6 trillion. But this healthy growth relies on a new generation of business traveller, focused on sustainability, diversity and authenticity. Research paints a picture of a new business traveller who prefers non-chain hotels, often flies low-cost airlines, changes her plans and thinks frugality and flexibility are more important than pre-flight mimosas. So, what does the future of business travel look like?
