ASCOT FINISHES 2016 WITH A FLOURISH

The year got off to the best possible start this month, as our work for Ascot was named the 2016 Global Winner at the International Visual Identity Awards.

We relaunched Ascot last Spring, transforming the UK’s royal racecourse into one of the world’s leading leisure destinations. By redefining the strategy and identity of both Ascot and Royal Ascot – the event which often overshadows it­ ­– we created a contemporary, sophisticated brand, capable of raising the highest standards to stay ahead of intensifying competition.

And winning was no easy feat. Beating off competition from 25 countries spanning 6 continents, we couldn’t be prouder of winning such a prestigious award. Adrian Dinsdale, CEO of the IVIAs, said: “We are thrilled for the team at The Clearing. It’s a well-deserved win for an excellent piece of work.”

Let’s hope there’s much more to come in 2017. Starting with four nominations at the Transform Awards on the 30th March.
